Affordable Homes...without subsidy

Providing affordable housing for sale to local people who cannot afford to buy on the open market.

Typically, a two bedroom house costing £120,000 on the open market would be sold for £80,000 and a three bedroom house costing £150,000 would be sold for £100,000. Both will have a permanent discount price of 70% of the open market value in perpetuity and will only be resold to another local qualifying person at the same discount to the then market price. All our homes remain affordable for 999 years.
